About me
My name is Barbara.
I have always found joy and fulfillment in creating with my hands. I learned how to sew pretty late - when I was in my forties - and immediately fell in love with the craft.
Today I design and sew home textiles - aprons, placemats, and home décor - designed to bring quiet beauty and everyday ease into your space. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to details in my studio.
My work is deeply personal. I believe in slow, satisfying creation - the kind that fills your hands, heart, and home. I’m not here to rush or follow trends. I’m here to make things that feel good to live with: Useful. Honest. Beautiful.
I’ve always been drawn to the details - the feel of linen, the flow of a stitch, the way texture and color can make a room feel more like home. I trust my instincts when I design, and I listen carefully to what feels right. I follow the energy that excites me - and when something clicks, I know it’s meant to be shared.
People often come to me looking for gifts, solutions, or something special for their home - and I love being able to offer something meaningful and practical. I take that trust seriously. I don’t believe in over-promising. What you see here is what I truly make - with joy, presence, and purpose.
When I’m not sewing or designing, you’ll find me sketching new ideas, researching natural materials, or just enjoying the quiet simplicity of home life. I draw inspiration from nature, tradition, and the soft pace of everyday rituals -coffee in the morning, hands in fabric, light through linen curtains.
My hope is that my pieces bring that same feeling to you: a sense of calm, warmth, and care. Thank you for being here - and for supporting handcrafted work.
