About me

Preparing a meal for loved ones.
Gathering around the table.
Fresh flowers in a simple vase.
Morning light through linen curtains.
The quiet rituals repeated day after day are the moments that turn a house into a home.

These everyday rituals are the heart of KatrushkaHF.

My name is Barbara.
I discovered sewing in my forties, and it quickly became more than a craft. It became a way of creating beauty for everyday life.

Today I handcraft aprons, table linens, and home textiles in my studio.
Every piece is thoughtfully made using natural fabrics, timeless designs, and careful attention to detail.
I believe in making things slowly and making them well, creating pieces that are meant to be worn, used, washed, and lived with for years to come.

I don't follow trends or mass production. Instead, I create for those who find joy in cooking, gathering, caring for their homes, and celebrating the simple moments that bring us together.

My hope is that every piece I make becomes part of your own rituals of home, bringing warmth, comfort, and lasting beauty to the moments that matter most.

Thank you for being here and for supporting handcrafted work.
