Refund policy

If the customer wishes to cancel their order before it is processed and shipped, they must notify the provider at the email address info.katrushkahf@gmail.com. If the shipment has not yet been processed and dispatched, the order will be canceled without additional costs. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email address, and any paid purchase amount will be refunded to the customer's payment method.

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Article 43), for contracts concluded remotely, the customer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of their withdrawal from the contract without needing to provide a reason for their decision. The customer must notify their decision to return the shipment within 14 days of receiving it to info.katrushkahf@gmail.com, Peter Penič s.p., Pod gradom 6, 3270 Laško. The deadline starts the day after receiving the goods. The only cost to the customer regarding the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. You can also return the goods within 14 days of receipt without prior written notice. It is considered that the notification is timely if the shipment is dispatched within 14 days of receipt or within 14 days of the written notice of withdrawal from the contract. The notice of withdrawal can be submitted by the consumer to the company on the provided form or with an unequivocal statement clearly indicating that they are withdrawing from the contract.

The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original quantity unless the goods were destroyed, spoiled, lost, or their quantity decreased without the fault of the customer. The customer must provide their personal details and transaction account information for the refund of the purchase amount. Upon returning the goods, you can request a refund, store credit, or a replacement product. In the case of a refund, the purchase amount, reduced by delivery costs, will be returned to your transaction (personal) account no later than 14 days.

In case of payment with a gift voucher, the returned goods can be exchanged for other products of the voucher’s value, or a new gift voucher of the same value can be issued. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash! Any additional questions can be sent to info.katrushkahf@gmail.com.
